St John Houghton Catholic Voluntary Academy is seeking a confident, resilient and proactive Behaviour Support Worker to help promote positive behaviour and support students in achieving their full potential. You will work within the school’s pastoral team to respond to incidents, promote engagement and help pupils reach their goals.
Duties include:
- Liaising with staff and parents
- Administering sanctions
- Maintaining accurate behaviour records
- Upholding safeguarding commitments
