About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Project Manager will lead the development and operation of Connect’s Project Management and Delivery Office (PMDO). This role will oversee a diverse portfolio of capital, strategic and operational projects across the organisation. It combines governance, assurance and hands‑on project leadership, ensuring projects are well‑defined, properly resourced and delivering measurable outcomes. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will introduce and embed best‑practice project management disciplines, strengthen organisational capability and provide clear, consistent reporting across the portfolio.
