This is a role where you'll genuinely make your mark. You'll have the opportunity to shape how logistics operates, improve standards, develop people and influence the overall performance of the site.

What we're looking for:

  • This is a key operational role, responsible for ensuring materials, stock, trailers, finished goods and transport activity are controlled safely and effectively.
  • The role will suit someone who is hands-on, organised, confident managing people, and able to bring structure and discipline to a busy manufacturing environment.
  • You’ll likely have experience leading logistics, warehouse, yard, despatch or materials operations within a manufacturing or operational environment.
  • A hands-on leadership style and enjoy spending time with your team, supporting them to succeed.
  • A natural ability to bring organisation, structure and calm to a busy operation.
  • A strong focus on safety, standards and continuous improvement.
  • Great communication skills and the confidence to work collaboratively across production, planning, stock control and transport functions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and developing the logistics team, creating clear expectations, accountability and a positive team culture.
  • Taking ownership of yard management, goods-in, material flow and despatch activities across the site.
  • Working closely with production teams to ensure materials and finished goods move efficiently through the operation.
  • Coordinating loading and transport activities to support customer deliveries and operational performance.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve safety, organisation, efficiency and overall site standards.

Why join Pasquill?

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a critical area of the business and make a real difference. You'll join a site that is focused on continuous improvement, with leaders who want to empower people to challenge the status quo and drive positive change.
