We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join Formula at an exciting time of growth and transformation. You'll take ownership of three critical functions: Supply Chain, Customer Service and Warehouse, bringing them together under one leadership structure and helping create a more connected, high-performing operation.
As a member of the site leadership team, you'll also have genuine influence across the business, working closely with Sales, Production, Engineering and Procurement to ensure our customers receive a best-in-class service while driving operational excellence across the site. This is a rare opportunity to join a business that is investing heavily in its future. Over the next few years, you'll play a key role in several major initiatives, including the implementation of a new ERP system (Dynamics 365 Business Central), continued development of our warehouse and supply chain capabilities and process improvement projects that will shape the future of our operations.
You'll inherit a capable and established team, but we're looking for someone who can bring the functions closer together, develop people, improve ways of working and help raise performance to the next level.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading our Supply Chain, Customer Service and Warehouse functions
- Developing and coaching managers and team members through regular 1-2-1s, reviews and development plans
- Driving improvements across planning, inventory management, customer service and warehouse operations
- Leading daily operational reviews with stakeholders across the site
- Building strong partnerships with Production, Engineering, Sales and Procurement teams
- Producing monthly performance reports and contributing to strategic decision-making as part of the site leadership team
- Leading business improvement and system implementation projects
- Supporting the transition from our current ERP platform to Microsoft Business Central
What we're looking for:
- Experience leading supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of MRP and ERP systems
- Experience managing warehousing, planning, logistics or customer service functions
- A track record of developing and engaging teams
- Experience delivering change, process improvement or system implementation projects
- The ability to build credibility and influence at all levels of the business
