At Pasquill, we're looking for a Stock Controller to join our Operations team, helping to ensure our stock is accurate, our processes run smoothly, and our customers receive the products they need, when they need them. You will play an important role in keeping our site running efficiently by maintaining stock accuracy and supporting the wider production and planning teams. If you're someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and making a real impact behind the scenes, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This role is site-based in Redhill, working Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in a stock control, inventory or warehouse administration role.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with experience working with stock management systems being advantageous.
  • A proactive team player with strong communication skills who enjoys working collaboratively across departments.
  • Someone who takes ownership, enjoys improving processes, and is committed to delivering excellent customer service.

What you will be doing:

  • Maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring inventory levels align with business and customer demand.
  • Supporting stock counts and investigating any stock discrepancies to maintain high levels of stock accuracy.
  • Processing purchase invoices and completing stock administration activities accurately and on time.
  • Working closely with production, planning and operational teams to communicate stock information and resolve inventory issues.
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring company procedures and health & safety standards are followed.
