Join our Supply Chain team to deliver efficient, accurate, and on‑time shipments while maintaining a high level of customer and stakeholder service. In this role you will manage time‑critical import activities alongside export operations in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Employment Details

  • Fixed‑term maternity cover – 9 to 12 months
  • Working hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
  • Hybrid working pattern after training; some flexibility may be required

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast‑paced, time‑critical environment
  • Confident communicator able to liaise with suppliers, hauliers, customs agents, and internal teams
  • Organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing demands
  • Experience in logistics, administration, customer service or supply chain (import/export experience desirable but not essential)
  • Previous experience using SAP and Microsoft Office desirable
  • Proactive mindset with willingness to learn, improve processes, and suggest new ideas

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily import activities, ensuring timely customs clearance and delivery
  • Monitor shared inboxes and act quickly on urgent queries and shipment updates
  • Liaise with customs agents, hauliers, and suppliers to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
  • Run daily reports (e.g. late shipments, internal sales updates) and maintain shipment trackers
  • Obtain quotes, nominate freight forwarders, organise shipments, and coordinate documentation
  • Support export operations including producing documents, liaising with stock‑ground colleagues, packers and hauliers
