Saint‑Gobain Interior Solutions (SGIS) is looking for a Demand Management Systems & Planning Lead to join our Demand Management team, helping to shape the future of planning, forecasting, and collaboration across the business. This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in our transition to SAP S/4HANA and the development of our SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) capability. The role will own and develop SAP IBP, lead VMI initiatives to improve forecast accuracy, supply chain responsiveness, and customer collaboration.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders across commercial, supply chain, finance and operations to improve forecasting accuracy, strengthen customer relationships and drive best‑in‑class planning processes. We work in a hybrid environment, blending office and home work.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong experience working with SAP S/4HANA and SAP IBP, ideally across demand, inventory or supply planning.
  • Experience leading or supporting forecasting, demand planning or supply chain planning processes within a manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) processes and customer collaboration models.
  • A commercially aware and analytical mindset with the confidence to work closely with senior stakeholders and customers.
  • Someone resilient, proactive and comfortable leading through change as we develop new ways of working.

What you will be doing:

  • Act as the business lead and subject matter expert for SAP IBP within the Demand Management function.
  • Support the implementation and optimisation of SAP S/4HANA planning capabilities and ensure robust system governance and control.
  • Lead VMI initiatives with customers to improve inventory visibility, forecasting accuracy and replenishment processes.
  • Analyse customer demand patterns and market intelligence to improve planning decisions and supply chain responsiveness.
  • Represent Demand Management in cross‑functional meetings and collaborate with commercial, finance, operations and supply chain teams to drive alignment and continuous improvement.
