With significant investment and exciting growth plans, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business at an exciting stage of expansion where no two days are the same.

These products support faster, safer and more sustainable construction methods across the UK construction industry. These are permanent roles working Monday to Friday, with shifts available either 6:00am-2:00pm (morning shift) or 2:00pm-10:00pm (afternoon shift). We have a range of start dates available throughout the summer, with our first new starters planned to join the business in the first week of June.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience working within a production, manufacturing or construction environment would be beneficial, but is not essential.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools or machinery (desirable).
  • A positive attitude with strong attention to detail and a focus on quality and safety.
  • Someone who enjoys working as part of a team and can work flexibly to meet production targets.
  • Experience using crane and abrasive wheels (desirable).

What you will be doing:

  • Manufacturing construction products including wall panels, floor cassettes and steel frame systems.
  • Operating machinery, hand tools and production equipment safely and effectively.
  • Maintaining high quality standards while working to production deadlines.
  • Keeping work areas clean, organised and compliant with Health & Safety requirements.
