This is much more than a design role. You'll become a key part of the customer's journey, working closely with customers from the moment they send us their plans through to quotation, order processing, updates and final delivery. What you'll be doing:

  • Designing engineered timber products such as roof trusses and floor joists using specialist software.
  • Managing customer enquiries from initial drawings and specifications through to quotation and order placement.
  • Speaking with customers to understand their requirements, provide updates and ensure their needs are met throughout the process.
