At Saint-Gobain Exterior Solutions, we are looking for a Head of Flooring & Tile Fixing to lead and grow our national sales function across the UK & Ireland. This is a senior, commercially focused leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, increasing market share and strengthening our position as a trusted, solutions-led partner across the construction sector. You will set the direction for the Flooring & Tile Fixing portfolio, translating strategy into clear, executable sales plans and delivering results through a high-performing national sales team. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on commercial ownership, including senior customer engagement, pricing discipline and market development. This role is a full-time permanent position that will require extensive national travel; as such, candidates should have a full UK Driving license.
