At Saint-Gobain Exterior Solutions (K Rend, K Systems & Weber), we're looking for a Technical Manager to lead our Technical team, driving best-in-class technical service delivery across our portfolio of products and systems. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for a team of five, combining hands-on technical expertise with strategic oversight. You'll ensure our technical output meets the highest standards of quality, compliance and innovation - while working closely with Sales, Business Development and external stakeholders to grow our products and solutions to a market-leading position. This is a full-time permanent role based in Flitwick, with a national presence required.

What we're looking for:

  • Previous people management experience
  • Experience using AutoCAD 2D and BIM software to produce technical drawings, quotations and specifications
  • Experience working across a supply chain of architects, main contractors and sub-contractors
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of building regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, solve problems and make pragmatic decisions

  • Lead, develop and motivate the internal technical team to deliver a high-performance, best-in-class service
  • Oversee all technical aspects of product specification, project design and compliance
  • Collaborate with customers, Sales and commercial teams to support projects and drive customer satisfaction
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of industry-leading CPDs
  • Ensure all technical advice and documentation complies with current legislation, standards and company policies
