At Saint-Gobain UK & Ireland, we are looking for a Client Director - Retrofit to play a pivotal role in shaping long-term, strategic partnerships across the retrofit sector. This is a senior, consultative role for someone who thrives on understanding complex client challenges and translating them into outcome-led solutions. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work with housing associations, consultancies and key stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements - from cost optimisation and sustainability performance to asset longevity and occupant wellbeing.
You will take ownership of senior relationships, influencing strategy and helping clients achieve long-term value from their property portfolios, while positioning Saint-Gobain as a partner of choice. This is a home-based role covering North England & Scotland. A full UK driving licence is essential.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience operating in a senior, consultative sales or strategic account role
- Strong capability in uncovering client outcomes and aligning them to integrated, value-led solutions
- Credibility and confidence influencing senior-level stakeholders
- Experience developing and executing strategic account plans
- Commercial acumen, with the ability to translate ideas into viable, deliverable propositions
- Comfortable working autonomously within a matrix organisation
- Experience within, or strong exposure to, the retrofit sector
