As part of our Data Team , you\’ll lead a talented group of Data Engineers and BI Developers, delivering performant, scalable, and secure data solutions across the Azure platform. You\’ll support our mission to \”Make the World a Better Home\” by fostering digital innovation through smart data use.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a cross-functional team of Data Engineers and BI Developers, supporting their technical and professional development.
2. Oversee the design, optimisation, and configuration of data pipelines and structures using Azure technologies.
3. Plan and deliver end-to-end data pipelines aligned with business needs and data strategy.
4. Act as the liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, managing risks, costs, timelines, and communication.
5. Promote our data strategy across the organisation and contribute to Saint-Gobain\’s digital transformation goals.
6. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Proven experience managing Data Engineers and/or BI Developers in a leadership role.
2. Strong understanding of the Azure data platform and cloud-based data solutions.
3. Hands-on experience with Power BI and BI development background.
4. Extensive experience in SQL/database design and data modelling to develop data solutions.
5. Ability to communicate how data drives business value.
6. Knowledge of current software development methodologies, Data Modelling, and Design lifecycles.
7. A strategic thinker with an understanding of how data creates business value.
