At Weber, we are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join us and manage our product portfolio. You will be responsible for setting the product road map, as well as developing and implementing successful product marketing strategies.
You will be experienced in managing products with a previous track record of designing and implementing product marketing strategies.
You will have a particular focus on customer experience, regularly visiting customers to listen, ask questions and feedback to ensure we have the right products for them.
The role is based out of our Head Office in Flitwick, we operate on a hybrid work schedule. Travel would be required as part of the role.
What we’re looking for:
- A strong ability to design and implement product marketing strategies and campaigns
- Able to analyse and interpret data with an ability to condense and relay this in simple terms to customers and stakeholders
- Strong skills around category and product life cycle management
- Able to work cross functionally across sales, marketing & technical
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal

- Managing the product portfolio throughout the product lifecycle, defining the product strategy ensuring the business has products and services that meet market needs
- Developing and implementing product marketing strategies
- Researching and understanding market trends
- Translating product features into benefits for the end-user empowering the sales team with clear value propositions
