Hambaker Pipelines is seeking a dynamic Internal Account Manager to join our growing sales team. In this role, you\’ll play a key part in supporting and expanding our customer base, working closely with merchants and contractors across the UK. As the primary point of contact for a select group of clients, you\’ll ensure they receive top-notch service and effective account management. Your role will involve building long-lasting relationships and making sure we remain their first choice. Hambaker Pipelines designs and manufactures high-quality products for the water and wastewater industries. We offer a wide range of products including pipelines, fittings, manhole covers, and more, serving both the utility and mechanical & electrical sectors. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Dukinfield office, with a hybrid working arrangement. Previous experience in sales or account management, with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Proficiency with IT systems like Microsoft Office (Teams, Excel, Outlook) is essential for the role. SAP experience is preferable but not essential Manage a portfolio of customers, including contractors and merchants. Accurately input orders into the SAP system, managing the process from initial enquiry to payment – ensuring everything is error-free and completed on time. Work closely with external sales teams to deepen customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and enhance product knowledge.
