At Saint‑Gobain Exterior Solutions, we’re looking for a Head of External Wall Insulation (EWI) to lead our national EWI sales strategy and drive the next phase of growth in one of the most dynamic parts of the construction sector. This is a senior, highly influential role leading a team of field based regional sales managers and is responsible for shaping how we engage with the organisations that design, build, fund and deliver projects requiring high‑performance façade and external wall insulation solutions.

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to customers and partners—helping them achieve outcomes around building performance, carbon reduction, fire safety, compliance, project quality, lifecycle cost, and long‑term asset resilience. This is a strategic, outward‑facing leadership position where you’ll collaborate across the value chain with a key focus on converting pipeline and driving growth through key installer and contractor partners. You’ll uncover their objectives, solve complex challenges, and shape tailored, value‑driven solutions grounded in technical expertise, commercial insight and market intelligence.

The role is national, home‑based, and requires regular UK travel to engage with teams, customers and partners.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in façade systems, building envelope solutions, construction materials or EWI markets
  • Strong leadership capability with the ability to motivate, develop and elevate a national sales team
  • A leader with genuine presence — someone who motivates teams, confronts underperformance directly, builds belief and drives accountability
  • A sharp, strategic thinker who is also an energetic operator, happy to be out in front of customers and competing hard for specifications and conversions
  • Comfortable navigating complex stakeholder environments including installers, façade engineers, contractors, specifiers, housing providers and procurement teams
