This role offers hybrid working, with a great balance of flexibility and collaboration. We’re based in East Leake, Loughborough, and come together in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What we’re looking for:

  • An experienced engineering/manufacturing recruiter, capable of taking ownership over their own aligned specialism, but dynamic enough to adapt to vacancies in other business areas.
  • A proactive recruiter, willing to leave no stone unturned to find the right candidate.
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder management skills, to offer the right service, and truly partner with your customer.
  • An innovative mindset, always seeking new solutions and focused on continuous improvement.
  • High attention to detail, passionate about recruitment and talent acquisition being viewed as a profession.

What you will be doing:

  • Partnering with your technical and engineering customers to understand their requirements, in order to source and attract the highest quality talent into Saint-Gobain.
  • Proactively attracting talent for both live vacancies, and to build effective pipelines for future opportunities.
  • Working closely with your recruitment colleagues, to maintain and develop a culture of collaboration and trust.
  • Supporting internal applicants in the recruitment process, encouraging a flexible approach from your hiring managers.
  • Accurately using our applicant tracking system to ensure data integrity and transparency for all system users.
