At Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions, we are committed to closing the construction skills gap. We are looking for a talented Interior Solutions Trainer to join our dedicated training team. This is your chance to help shape the next generation of construction professionals, empowering them with the knowledge, tools, and techniques to deliver safer, smarter, and more sustainable homes.

This role will be based at our East Leake Training Academy but will require travel to other training facilities and sites across the UK as required.

What we are looking for:

  • Someone inspired by our goal to bridge the skills gap and solutions-driven in how we can use the Academy to support this.
  • Positivity, energy, and a true team-player spirit.
  • A passion for your own learning and development as well as supporting those you will be training.
  • Hands-on trade experience with an NVQ in a relevant trade.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.

What you will be doing:

  • Deliver engaging, high-impact training sessions in areas like drylining, plastering, insulation, and passive fire protection - both on-site and at our dedicated training academies.
  • Use innovative digital tools including VR, AR, AI, and video content to deliver modern construction learning.
  • Support learners in achieving trade qualifications, such as NVQs and CSCS Blue Cards, and help them grow their confidence and skillset.
  • Represent Saint-Gobain at industry events, college open days, customer sites, and training workshops.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of our training offer, working with Product and Innovation teams to pilot new systems and share best practices.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and inspiring learning environment.
