At Saint-Gobain Construction Chemicals we’re looking for a HR Operations Advisor to join our HR Team, bridging the gap between HR Strategy and day to day operational HR. You’ll be the first point of contact for Human Resource queries, managing employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, contracts, changes), ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment law, supporting line managers with ER/performance issues, maintaining HRIS data accuracy, and providing data for HR reports, all while driving continuous improvement in HR processes and systems.
Saint-Gobain Construction Chemicals is a newly formed business within Saint-Gobain, combining the recent Chryso, GCP and Fosroc acquisitions. Our focus is to construct a more sustainable world and we believe it’s our responsibility to bring positive, sustainable impact with every product on every project across the globe.

What We’re Looking For
- CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent, or qualified by experience.
- Experience in HR operations or advisory roles.
- A strong understanding and awareness of commercial aspects.
- Highly numerate with excellent analytical skills, you’ll be data driven in order to achieve solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across the organisation, fostering a culture of trust and engagement.
- A continuous improvement mindset and an advocate for change.

The Role
Based out of our Coventry office, but there will be travel to our other sites at Tamworth and Dukinfield. In return for your expertise, we can offer you flexibility on start and finish times, and the potential to work from home one day a week dependant on business needs. We’re paying an attractive salary plus bonus and have lots of other benefits too, including a market-leading pension and healthcare options.
