At Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions, we are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to assist in the development and delivery of our marketing activity and supporting our brand strategy roadmaps.
The role helps drive best practice in all we do – in all touchpoints our brands appear. The Assistant Brand Manager will work with our Brand Manager to ensure they are the ‘eyes and ears’ of all day-to-day sentiment towards our brands.
We want to hear from candidates who are passionate about branding, marketing and communications and connecting with customers. You’ll be hands on across a variety of projects – from developing creative campaign content, analysing campaign performance and tracking brand sentiment.
This is a full-time permanent role that is based from our Head office in East Leake, with hybrid working of 3 days per week in the office.
What we’re looking for:
- We’re looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking and can turn data into insight and insight into action. A strong communicator and confident collaborator, you\'ll be comfortable juggling multiple projects, engaging with stakeholders, and contributing to meaningful brand outcomes
- A marketing qualification and 2–3+ years of experience in a brand marketing role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
- A creative mindset with the ability to work across digital and traditional channels
- Analytical thinking with the ability to interpret data and present insight
What will you be doing?
- Supporting the delivery of brand campaigns – from product messaging to sustainability and thought leadership
- Briefing agencies, developing and delivering creative marketing campaigns and digital content
- Monitoring brand sentiment, customer engagement, and campaign performance – sharing insights and ideas to improve results
- Helping shape social media plans and creating content, ensuring we’re ‘always on’ and always relevant
- Working with sales teams as the first point of contact and providing events and exhibitions support
- Aligning brand activity with channel partners and internal stakeholders to maximise impact
