At Saint-Gobain Construction Chemicals UK & Ireland, we are looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our team and conduct laboratory testing to ensure the quality and effectiveness of our concrete-based products, produced at our Daventry and Coventry facilities.

What we’re looking for:
- Industry experience, ideally in a laboratory or quality control environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to understand and adhere to standards and specifications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional and organised approach to work.
- (Desirable) Concrete Technology or relevant qualifications.
What you will be doing:
- Conducting quality control checks on raw materials and production samples.
- Organising QC paperwork and analysis records to maintain compliance.
- Running cement and concrete testing trials for product development and compliance.
- Assisting with CE marking processes and preparing samples for external testing.
- Producing development formulations for laboratory analysis and performance assessment.
- Organising and maintaining calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Supporting the technical team with cube and prism testing.
- Maintaining a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
