At PAM, we are looking for three Regional Sales Managers to join our team as part of our IAS (Infrastructure Access Solutions) Access Covers and Gully Gratings product ranges. We have three positions available: Regional Sales Manager – North, Regional Sales Manager – South West, and Regional Sales Manager – South East.

You’ll be working with a number of customer types including Highways England, Internet Service Providers, Local Authorities, and distribution client bases. We’re looking for individuals to oversee our sales operations in their respective regions. You’ll be out meeting customers, conducting review meetings, opening up new opportunities, and securing projects. These roles are full‑time and will require extensive travel within your region – a full UK driving licence will be required.

What we’re looking for:

  • Drive sales revenue and margin within your region
  • Use your sales expertise to identify key contacts, understand customer needs, and create plans to bring customers on board
  • Focus on major network owners and major infrastructure‑related projects through direct relationships with key stakeholders
  • Understand and communicate opportunities for sales and margin growth arising from local area investment plans such as Local Government spend and Local Authority funding initiatives
  • Work closely with colleagues and internal sales and marketing teams

What you will be doing:

  • Managing your regional sales area (North, South West, or South East), driving growth and profitability
  • Managing regional contracts and framework customers across internet service providers, Highways England, and local authorities, as well as some distribution clients
  • Securing and running complex and major projects within your region
  • Conducting market analysis and developing and implementing an effective sales strategy
