We currently have an opportunity for a Production Operative to join our Operations team. As part of our production team, you will have the responsibility of operating production machinery to produce a range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for your own Health and Safety and that of your colleagues
- Operating automatic machinery to produce products in line with production targets whilst ensuring all standards are achieved
- Ensure that machinery is in a safe and satisfactory working manner before use by conducting regular pre-production checks
- Ensure effective housekeeping in accordance with company procedures
- Establish, develop and maintain effective working relationships with all work colleagues to ensure a one team approach to deliver the company’s performance standards and the business objectives
- Undertake duties considered by the company as within the competence of the role
