This is a fantastic opportunity to join as a Warehouse Operator with Saint Gobain Glass. This is to be based at the Eggborough site and with a requirement to work 4 on / 4 off rotating shifts including 2 days and 2 nights.
The position comes with full and comprehensive training, which includes how to operate our bespoke FLT’s (Forklift Trucks) used to move stock around the warehouse. Our world-leading site at Eggborough has a fantastic reputation; many of our staff started in roles like this one and have progressed within our business.

A great Warehouse Operative will put safety above all else, work well in a team and be enthusiastic about the work they do. As a quick learner, you’ll be flexible to work in different areas, take responsibility for the work you do and always show good attention to detail.
The site in Eggborough is a Glass production site, so the successful candidate will need to be aware of their surroundings and ensure that they follow all safety guidelines, whilst keeping an eye open for anything that doesn’t seem right. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehousing environment and with operation of heavy machinery/ mobile plant including operation of cranes.
