The Account Marketing Manager – Residential Sector serves as the strategic liaison between the Corporate Marketing team and the business units within the Residential sector, including Roofing and Siding, as well as the Contractor Engagement team. This role ensures seamless integration of marketing services by translating business needs into coordinated, full-funnel marketing plans, while also driving centrally led campaigns that align with sector-wide opportunities.
Act as a trusted marketing advisor to business unit leaders, participating in strategic planning and aligning marketing initiatives with business goals across the Commercial sector. Serve as the central point of contact for accessing Corporate Marketing services, providing a conduit to planning across all departments in a coordinated way. Translate business needs into actionable marketing briefs and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Identify and lead centrally driven marketing campaigns that address shared opportunities across the Commercial sector. Develop and execute sector-wide initiatives that amplify impact and drive growth. Synthesize offerings from multiple business units into cohesive, customer-centric solution narratives. Create unified marketing strategies that reflect the full value of the company’s commercial portfolio.
Estimate scope, timelines, and resource needs for marketing initiatives. Ensure efficient allocation of internal resources and alignment with service-level expectations. Monitor campaign and initiative performance, ensuring marketing activities are aligned with KPIs and business outcomes. Provide regular updates and insights to business unit stakeholders.
What do you bring?
- Bachelors or Equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing, account management, or strategic planning.
- Broad understanding of marketing disciplines, including communications, digital, brand, and campaign strategy.
