At Saint-Gobain Interior Solutions, we\’re on a mission to elevate how our brands connect with customers across every touchpoint. We\’re looking for a Content Manager who can play a pivotal role in shaping our brand\’s presence, crafting compelling content that resonates with our audiences.
The role will have responsibility for content creation and producing high quality, relevant and engaging content across all of our platforms. We\’re looking for someone who loves collaborating, working closely with colleagues across the Brand team, and the wider business including subject matter experts, customers and industry bodies.
This is a full-time permanent role that will be based from our Head Office in East Leake, with hybrid working of 2 days per week in the office.

We want to hear from candidates who are passionate about branding, marketing, communications and storytelling – and who thrive in connecting with audiences in meaningful, creative ways.
- Proven experience in content creation, strategy development and team management – possessing exceptional writing skills, an eye for detail and creativity
- A strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, social media and content marketing trends
- A team player – someone who is happy to consult and collaborate on new and fresh approaches, as well as being able to share ideas and knowledge across colleagues and teams
- Ability to think strategically, able to analyse data and make data driven decisions
What will you be doing?
- Lead the creation and delivery with content strategies across digital and traditional platforms
- Monitoring campaign performance, analyse results, and adapt content strategies based on insight and audience sentiment
- Help shape and support our social media presences, ensuring our voice is always-on, consistent, and meaningful
- Supporting our wider brand and marketing campaigns with content that drives visibility and engagement
- Engage directly with our customers – both direct and indirect – to ensure our messaging is relevant and impactful
