Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver agreed sales KPI’s for the counter focusing on sales, ATV, UPT, and conversion.
  • Motivate the team to meet KPI targets.
  • Assist with the execution of all product launches per the Marketing Plan and VM guidelines, including in‑store displays and layouts.
  • Coordinate with host store teams for installation and ensure all parties are satisfied.
  • Manage all events including launch previews, customer events, MDS and fragrance fittings.
  • Set exemplary standards of customer service, handling consumer queries and complaints professionally.
  • Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of products and effectively represent the brand in the store.
  • Coach and develop team members as required.
  • Monitor competitors and industry trends.
  • Communicate commercial insights about host store and counter performance, making fact‑based recommendations with the Counter Manager.
  • Attend host store business meetings and relay information to manager and HQ.
  • Maintain high standards for back‑of‑house areas, ensuring the counter is clean and tidy.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of paperwork and reporting (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Interpret sales data to set and implement action plans in line with HQ direction.
  • Follow host store cash handling guidelines, tilting procedures and processes.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to security, health and safety policies.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Manager and host store buying teams to maintain adequate stock levels and conduct scheduled stock takes.
  • Handle emergency situations involving the host store and team members when the Counter Manager is absent.
  • Perform general administrative duties and comply with company and host store rules and policies.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Passion for fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail experience.
  • Proven sales record with a focus on retail KPIs.
  • Strong people, performance, and management skills.
  • Expert customer service skills and confidence in interacting with the general public.
  • Self‑motivated, focused, and able to take initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance reflecting the company and store standards.
  • Availability for full‑time work with flexible hours, including Saturdays and occasional Sundays.
