JOB PURPOSE: As a key member of the Marketing, Admissions & Communications (MAC) team, the Admissions Manager is responsible for driving student enrolment by ensuring that both prospective and current families receive an exceptional experience at every stage of their journey with the school. The role contributes directly to the school's growth strategy by strengthening market positioning, increasing enrolment, and supporting retention, while ensuring alignment with Nord Anglia Education standards.

- Internal: Head of School, Academic Dean, Heads of Primary & Secondary, Teaching & Administrative Staff, MAC Team
- External: Prospective Families, Current Parents, Students, External Vendors
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and enable student enrolment growth across the school (and any affiliated campuses) by designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing Marketing, Admissions & Communications (MAC) strategies.
- Proactively engage with all internal and external stakeholders to effectively communicate the school's learning environment, values, and culture.
- Drive student growth by delivering a seamless, high-quality admissions, retention, and overall school experience.
- Increase brand awareness and market presence by positioning the school strategically within the community.
- Actively drive prospective family engagement by encouraging campus visits.
- Present and communicate the school's premium educational offering through professional, consistent, and strategic communication.
- Promote, model, and reinforce a high-performing, optimistic, and caring school culture.
- Collaborate closely with the MAC team to align admissions strategies with marketing and communications efforts.
- Support enrolment growth across campuses by maintaining strong collaboration with MAC counterparts.
- Foster and embed a culture where student recruitment and retention are understood as a shared responsibility across the entire school community.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full admissions cycle, from initial inquiry through enrolment.
- Coordinate and deliver school tours, ensuring a premium and personalized experience for prospective families.
- Manage and respond to admissions inquiries, ensuring timely, professional, and consistent communication.
- Support the planning and management of the admissions calendar.
- Track and manage the admissions pipeline, ensuring accurate data and strong conversion outcomes.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and admissions decisions in collaboration with academic leadership.
- Ensure completion and accuracy of all admissions documentation.
- Follow up on admissions leads and outstanding documentation.
- Support and execute admissions and marketing events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Communications Manager to support content collection and event visibility.
- Represent Saint George School at internal and external events.
- Support the coordination and engagement of parent ambassador networks.
- Maintain accurate and updated admissions and school-wide event calendars.
- Promote and maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional environment on campus.
- Provide guidance to front desk and administrative teams.

- Enrolment targets (new and returning students)
- Pipeline conversion rates
- Retention rates

- Admissions response and follow-up time
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Experience in admissions, sales, customer experience, or marketing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-making
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Experience in an educational or international environment (preferred)
- Proficiency in systems and data management
