Saint Espresso in London is seeking a Coffee Partner or Head of Coffee (Retail) to lead coffee quality, hospitality and standards across our growing café estate. You will report to the COO and Director of Coffee, shaping the guest experience from roast to cup. This role combines hands-on coaching with strategic leadership, developing baristas, supervisors and future leaders while refining calibration, recipes and service standards to ensure every guest enjoys a consistently exceptional Saint.
