HIRING FOR MENTAL HEALTH NURSE (RN) in Bradford and Alliston We are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse, passionate about providing person and family centered care to clients’ with complex mental health needs. The RN will be responsible for symptom management through complete mental status and risk assessments. You will develop, implement and evaluate client-centered care plans and assist clients with activities of daily living. You will link clients to community resources, provide education and health promotion. You will provide verbal and written reports and maintain accurate client records.
