We are currently hiring 1 Full time Evening Personal Support Workers (PSW) for Community Care and Respite Shifts in Exeter and surrounding areas.

Paid travel time and mileage between clients. Mobile device and 3 uniforms provided.

Qualifications accepted to work as a PSW:

  • Valid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW)
  • RN or RPN Nursing student (2 clinical placements completed)
  • Valid Developmental Support Worker Diploma
  • Foreign trained healthcare professional - Nurse

Requirements:

  • A valid driver’s license and vehicle to use for work daily is required.
  • Meet Immunization requirements – MMR, Varicella, TB, Tetanus and Covid.
  • Current vulnerable sector check (VSC).
  • Current Standard CPR level C certificate and First Aid.
  • Availability to work evenings and every other weekend.

This is a physically demanding position and requires hand, arm and shoulder dexterity, sensory ability, lifting to a maximum of approximately fifty-five (55) pounds, walking, climbing stairs, standing, bending, reaching, and frequent movement.
