St Claudine’s Catholic School for Girls is a highly-successful Catholic girls’ comprehensive school (ages 11-19), where behaviour is outstanding and students are educated via a rich and diverse, holistic curriculum to become confident, articulate and independent young women. We require a skilled and knowledgeable science technician to support the work of our busy and successful science department. Science is a very popular subject and is taught throughout the school to A level. Chemistry, Biology, Medical Sciences and Applied Human Biology are very popular option choices in our 6th Form.

A good working knowledge of prepping for practical science experiments and demonstrations is essential as well as a sound knowledge of working safely in a laboratory with chemicals.

As part of our commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children you will be required to undertake a full DBS check.
