Saint Cecilia's Care Group seeks an experienced HR Lead to drive the HR and People functions across the care group. You will shape our people strategy, support leaders, and help develop a strong workplace culture across multiple sites.
Reporting to the Directors, you will lead the HR team, oversee employee relations, recruitment, policy development, and ensure compliance with UK employment law while supporting the sister company, Asters Specialist Care.
