About Saint Benedict

Saint Benedict is a vibrant, progressive and oversubscribed school. We believe high quality teaching coupled with excellent pastoral support are key to enabling our pupils to make exceptional progress. The successful candidate will be able to build effective working relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues and will adapt their teaching to meet the needs of all pupils. This is a permanent full‑time position starting from September 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Teaching classes, including planning, recording, assessing and meeting the social and learning needs of individual pupils
  • Maintaining the positive Catholic ethos and core values of the school
  • Fulfilling the professional responsibilities of a teacher and meeting the expectations set out in the Teachers’ Standards

Requirements
