The Saint Anns Sheet Metal Company Ltd specializes in manufacturing a wide range of sheet metal components using various materials, including color-coated metals. We employ advanced techniques such as laser profiling with the TRUMPF 3030 TruLaser, CNC punching and bending, TIG and MIG welding, and powder coating. Our expertise in the fabrication of instrument enclosures serves multiple industries, including electronics, computing, communications, rail industry and more. We produce custom and standard panels, enclosures, and architectural components tailored to meet diverse industry needs. The company provides PPE, company pension and profit based bonus scheme.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fabricator located in Arnold. The Fabricator will be responsible for performing daily tasks that include:
- welding (MIG, TIG, and spot welding)
- assembling and fitting sheet metal components
- ensuring quality control of fabricated products
- inserting threads and nuts
- utilizing various metal finishing processes such as fettling and graining
Qualifications:
- Skills in MIG Welding, TIG Welding, and Spot Welding
- Attention to detail and quality control skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Experience in the fabrication industry is an advantage
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are beneficial
