We are looking for:
- An excellent teacher who has received \βgood\β or better grades in recent observations
- An outstanding, passionate teacher who has high expectations for children\βs learning, and can foster collaborative working and living our values every day
- A person who builds excellent relationships with children and parents; demonstrating our values when interacting with them
- Is up to date with current research around Quality First Teaching
- Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn to the best of their ability and reach their potential
- Has the ability to develop effective relationships with pupils, parents and external agencies in order to support pupils\β smooth transition into school
- Is confident in leading a team, developing the vision and having the drive to move it forward
- Able to create a stimulating and inviting learning environment adapted to suit the needs of the pupils

St. Andrew\βs is a Christian values-led, highly popular school and nursery in the heart of Kettering and is part of the Peterborough Diocese Academy Trust (PDET).
