We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our friendly, supportive and forward-thinking GP practice.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours across 5 days, providing consistent ANP cover throughout the working week.
You will work as part of a well-established multidisciplinary team, managing patients with acute and minor illness, assessing undifferentiated presentations, prescribing where appropriate and supporting the delivery of high-quality same-day care.

You will have the autonomy to manage your own clinical workload while having the support of an experienced GP, nursing and wider practice team.
- Assess, diagnose and manage patients presenting with acute and minor illness.
- Independently manage undifferentiated clinical presentations.
- Prescribe medication within scope of practice.
- Request and interpret appropriate investigations.
- Provide treatment, advice, onward referral and safety-netting.
- Work closely with GPs, nurses, pharmacists and the wider multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and work in accordance with practice policies and clinical guidelines.
- Support the delivery of safe, effective and responsive General Practice services.
