Responsibilities:
- Working with pupils with emotional and behavioural difficulties, helping them to engage positively in school life.
- The role involves supporting inclusion in a mainstream setting, using effective behaviour management strategies and contributing to individual support plans.
Qualifications:
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Good organisational skills
- Experience working with children with high levels of need
- Ability to build effective working relationships with pupils and adults
- Skills and expertise in understanding the needs of all pupils
- Knowledge of how to help adapt and deliver support to meet individual needs
