We seek a highly organised, professional Clinical Secretary to support our dedicated hospital team in delivering outstanding patient care. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative and clinical support within a fast-paced mental health hospital.
- Ensure patient records, communications, and clinical documentation are managed efficiently, accurately, and confidentially.
- Work closely with clinicians, patients, external agencies, and colleagues to help ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain confidentiality, security, and accuracy of patient records.
- Ensure compliance with policies and standards.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in medical or clinical administration.
- Mental health experience (desirable).
- AMSPAR Level 3 Diploma in Medical Administration or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
- Strong typing and audio-typing skills.
- Good understanding of medical terminology.
- Excellent organisational and workload management skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail.
- A passion for delivering high standards of service.
- Professional, empathetic, approachable manner.

Experience Required
