Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company (the MAC) are seeking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic child specific worker who can demonstrate the highest standards, qualities, attributes, skills and dedication needed which will be based at St Andrew\’s Catholic Primary School.

The Our Lady and All Saints Catholic Multi Academy Company comprises of 12 primary schools and 2 secondary schools within the Solihull, Birmingham and Warwickshire areas with schools that converted to the MAC on 1 April 2021. The location of the post is initially based at St Andrew\’s Catholic Primary School, Windrush Close, Solihull, B92 8QL.

The successful candidate will:

  • Support a child to access the curriculum.
  • Conduct 1:1 and small group interventions
  • Carry out all other tasks related to the role (please see job description)

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience of working with children with significant difficulties.
  • Has a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
