Rotational Days and Late Shift

What you’ll be doing

  1. Lead a dynamic team, driving engagement and role modelling Sainsbury\'s values within the Argos Warehouse (LFC), prioritising exceptional customer service.
  2. Promote a collaborative team environment with open communication, upholding company values and encouraging a positive workplace.
  3. Manage and coach colleagues to achieve targets and maintain health and safety standards through effective performance conversations.
  4. Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Argos Warehouse (LFC) to deliver outstanding site results and sustained KPI performance.
  5. Plan resources and ensure stock accuracy and security using forecasts and trends.
