What Youll be doing:
Manage the warehouse teams\β daily activities, including resource allocation, capability, and deployment.
Deliver consistent business performance and standardsacross the end-to-end warehouse operation.
Manage and maintain external relationshipswith various stakeholders, including stores.
Identify efficiencies and continuous improvement opportunitiesto enhance operations.
Monitor and implement complianceand support the People Plan using an HR business model.
