This is an exciting opportunity to shape the digital creative direction of Tu Clothing and lead the design vision across our fast‑growing online channels. You’ll set the creative North Star, elevate our brand presence, and drive inspiring, seamless shopping experiences across web and mobile – working closely with talented onshore designers and our Digital Operations Centre in Mumbai.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the design vision for Tu Clothing’s digital experience, ensuring all content delivers an engaging, on‑brand customer journey that drives commercial performance.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of digital assets, campaign content and inspirational page layouts, ensuring consistency across web and mobile.
  • Partner with Brand Marketing, Studio, Digital Trading, Content and Planning teams to translate brand guidelines into compelling digital executions.
  • Work closely with the Digital Operations Centre in Mumbai — guiding Designers and Implementation Specialists, improving processes, and raising overall capability.
  • Influence the CMS roadmap (Magnolia), helping Product teams prioritise enhancements that improve storytelling, seasonal refreshes and customer experience.
  • Establish strong ways of working with UX, CX, QA, Testing, and wider Commercial teams to ensure usability, accessibility and design quality are consistently upheld.
  • Act as a senior design leader across key digital projects — delivering briefs, campaign decks, style guides, pattern libraries and development documentation.
  • Build, coach and develop a high‑performing team, ensuring robust succession, a positive culture, and insight‑driven continuous improvement across Digital Design.
