Responsibilities
- Identify and propose innovative analytical solutions leveraging both Nectar and Argos data across a range of areas.
- Provide in‑depth analysis and present findings to strategic tech and GM clients within the media business.
- Propose and develop new insights and analytical commercial propositions for Argos suppliers.
- Collaborate with Retail Consultancy and Client Service teams to grow relationships and revenue from within our client base.
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of retail and market research experts to help clients better understand customer behaviour.
- Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients and act as an ambassador for the team.
- Communicate value of Nectar360 services and products to client audiences.
- Ensure output is accurate, actionable and supported by appropriate technical expertise and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Strong experience, ideally in a client or stakeholder facing analytics role.
- Experience in retail / consumer insight.
- Proven ability to explore business performance and deliver analysis that has commercial impact.
- Excellent communication skills with proven success of collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Strong experience with customer databases and analytical tools (including SQL, VBA, R or Python).
- A proven track record of process improvement or automation.
- Experience in the loyalty industry and customer data is desirable.
- Experience with SKU level analytics is desirable.
- Experience using a BI tool such as Tableau is desirable.
- Experience applying statistical and data science techniques (regression models, clustering, statistical tests) is desirable.
