The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 Β£ per hour.

Weekly schedule of a minimum of 15 hours across varying shifts between 8am and 5:30pm (extended opening during Christmas weeks). Flexible availability required including weekends and overtime to cover holidays etc.

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensure our customers have a great shopping experience by delivering excellent customer service on the tills, website screens on the shop floor and at the collection counter.
  • Collect products from the stock area for customers, take payments, provide details on our financial service offerings for certain products and process refunds.
  • Bring in deliveries, put away stock on shelves, use stockroom equipment including ladders, cages, sack barrow and pallet truck.
  • Be present on the shop floor helping customers with questions and provide advice on a wide range of products – supporting in the stock room when the store is quiet.
  • Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to help provide recommendations.
