What you’ll be doing:

Our Supermarket Store Managers lead large, complex operations. They are responsible for the success of a store and ensuring we deliver on our purpose to make good food, joyful, accessible, and affordable for everyone, every day. Our operations consist of hundreds of colleagues and a management team that our Store Managers lead to ensure excellent service standards and fulfill our commitments to customers. Retail is constantly evolving with new initiatives and change programs, requiring tough decisions. It’s a role with significant responsibility but also great rewards.
