You know leading a team and serving thousands of customers every single week is a big responsibility. In reward for your dedication, you’ll have autonomy over your shift patterns. Of course, you’ll need to cover peak periods throughout the week and at the weekend, but there’s plenty of opportunity to match your hours to your life commitments. Salary will be dependent upon your experience as well as the store size, complexity and location. Alongside this, we also offer a great range of benefits for our store managers, including:
