Description
Being a warehouse colleague at Sainsbury’s is not just about experience but personality.
As a Trainer you’ll remain an active and integral part of the team, helping shape the next generation of warehouse colleague, rolling out onsite training for each department and warehouse function from Loading and FLT to accurately picking products.
Ensuring colleagues are trained to adhere to site policies and RTITB standards.
It’s a role that calls for plenty of patience, experience of being a warehouse colleague, a real interest in helping people and have RTITB certification.
We will train the trainer to ensure you have the confidence to execute your new responsibilities with confidence and of course we’ll pay you extra for it.
You will be expected to work flexibly and adapt to operational demands, which can be discussed at interview.
