They lead by example, inspiring our teams to give their best every day. Their teams are part of a national network, offering an industry leading fast-track service that delivers Argos products to customers' doors and collection points. What You'll be doing
- Manage and develop the team through ongoing coaching and feedback to deliver outstanding results
- Implement and embed continuous improvement initiatives to enhance site and centrally driven processes
- Accountable for overseeing van resource allocation, stock inventory, and maintenance to ensure efficient operations
- Respond to customer demands and volume changes by flexing operational resources to meet targets
- Ensure compliance with legal and safety frameworks while being accountable for managing recruitment and headcount requirements
