As a Services Assistant you’ll provide outstanding service in our fast‑paced stores, delivering a memorable shopping experience for our customers.
Eligibility
- You must be above the school‑leaver age in your country (School leaving age – GOV.UK).
- If the shifts cover hours earlier than 6am or later than 11pm, you must be at least 18 years of age.
- You must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Serve and support customers on check‑outs, self‑service tills, kiosks and petrol stations, answering questions and proactively offering help.
- Pick and select the best quality products on the shop floor for customers using our On‑Demand grocery ordering service and assist with Click & Collect parcels.
- Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to provide recommendations.
- Deal with complaints, refunds, shelf tickets and advertising.
- Work flexibly across the store as needed.
